Dr. Joseph Ostler, M.D., Ph.D. Medical Provider
Dr. Joseph Ostler is a physiatrist with special interest in neurorehabilitation including brain injury, spinal cord injury, and nervous system disorders. He enjoys treating a wide variety of patients and working with them and their families as a team to achieve meaningful functional goals. He works with multiple tools including therapists, psychologists, adaptive sports, oral medications, botulinum toxin injections, and intrathecal baclofen pumps to help his patients overcome functional barriers. He completed his medical degree and PhD in muscle biology at the Ohio State University in 2015 and completed his specialty training as chief resident at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in 2019. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife Megan and their three children doing outdoor activities including swimming, fishing, and gardening.
